Rigsby's fit yummy mummy program is for women, and
especially mothers who want to lose weight. Holly
understands that many women have little time to exercise,
nor do they have the time to prepare lavish meals, so she
has put together an amazing weight-loss program that takes
you from having a post baby belly to a pre-baby belly
within weeks!
Holly's program was actually inspired by Craig Ballentyne's
turbulence training program, but has been modified to suit
women, and in particular, mothers. Having gained a massive
amount of weight herself when she was pregnant, she knew that
there had to be an easier way to get rid of it. It is this
