important you include cardio in your workout routine as well.
The reason for this is because to achieve optimum results, you
will need to reduce your body fat content significantly in
order for your muscles to show through as they are normally
covered by a layer of fat.
Although they are not a bodybuilding technique short burst
intervals are an ideal form of cardio. These intervals help to
keep your metabolic rate higher, which in turn burns more fat,
and that of course helps your muscles to show through as
mentioned above.
Whatever you do don't over train. It is during periods of
rest that your muscles grow and repair the most, so
overtraining will prevent this happening which will prevent you
from achieving your body building goals.
