• Eat around 5 to 6 times a day - your first meal of
the day should always be breakfast and this should be eaten
within 30 minutes of waking. This is to give your metabolism a
kick start, and then keep your metabolism elevated as your body
digests each meal.
• Include healthy, whole foods as the main part of your
diet. These foods include lean red meat, chicken breast, fish,
fruits, vegetables and nuts. Egg whites are also an important
food to include in your diet is they are high in protein and
low in fat. Foods rich in protein are ideal for muscle growth
and repair, and should be consumed at each and every meal.
• Allow yourself to have an occasional planned treat.
Many people on the pursuit of a bikini ready body will set
aside one day or one part-day each week where they can eat
foods that are not necessarily healthy! Be sure to keep your
portions relatively small, and don't go overboard will stop
Your exercise routine should consist of around 15 minutes of
resistance strength training, followed by another 15
