• Include healthy, whole foods as the main part of your diet. These foods include lean red meat, chicken breast, fish, fruits, vegetables and nuts. Foods rich in protein are ideal for muscle growth and repair, and should be consumed at each and every meal.

• Allow yourself to have an occasional planned treat. Many people on the pursuit of a bikini ready body will set aside one day or one part-day each week where they can eat foods that are not necessarily healthy! Be sure to keep your portions relatively small, and don't go overboard will stop

Your exercise routine should consist of around 15 minutes of resistance strength training, followed by another 15 minutes or so of short burst intervals. Allow some time, three times a week to work out.
